This picturesque location, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, has been home to the Bonfanti vineyard for nearly two decades, nestled in the Valpolicella area, protected by the Adige River and the Lessinia mountains.
The compny's philosophy centers on expressing the limestone soil and climate influenced by nearby woods. The small vineyard is carefully nurtured, enhancing soil qualities through natural cultivation practices that produce high-quality grapes without synthetic inputs, leading to well-balanced wine.

The area cultivated with vines is about 300 hectares (about 1,000 acres) and vineyards are treated with wisdom, which is the result of tradition and innovation, obtaining excellent wines, which make people enthusiastic.

Ziad Ammar, the founder of CTC, was inspired in 2009 by his vision and deep passion for wine and agriculture, along with his strong belief in his country and its people, to initiate this project.
He ventured into the unknown, bringing together young talents, regional labour and experts while recognising renewable energy as a significant asset for developing sustainable irrigation and plantations. He began shaping a great terroir that had been chosen thousands of years prior by the Romans. Indeed, the homeland of Trois Collines is near Baalbeck, just under 5 km from the most prestigious and historical site dedicated to wine and Bacchus, the Roman god of wine. We are proud to carry on this tradition in the region!
